about

I have been working in software development for many years and have held various roles, ranging from software developer to team lead positions and technical consulting. During this time, I have gained deep technical experience and taken on responsibility for teams, structures and decision-making processes.

My primary focus today lies on software architecture, platform and infrastructure topics, as well as the human factor. For me, principles such as GitOps, IaC and Observability form the basis not only for the stability and performance of software but also for the stability and performance of the teams that develop it.

Influenced by concepts such as Team Topologies, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience and the regular research findings of the DORA team, I believe that architecture, organization and processes should be viewed as closely interwoven and mutually influencing parts of an overall system that cannot be understood or changed in isolation.

I am always open to professional exchange. A short message or connection request is welcome at any time.
